King Christian School – Bursary Fund & Application

Each year King Christian School will seek to make available a bursary for attending families. Our goal is to provide the opportunity to provide Christian education to children from Christian families with varying incomes and situations. 

These Bursary funds are available to new and returning families of King Christian School. If you are not yet enrolled, please schedule an Educational Consultation prior to completing a bursary application.

All information from the online application is kept confidential. Upon approval by the Finance Committee, bursary awards will then be sent to families.

Before beginning the application process, please honour the intent of this program by agreeing with the following:

• You will fill out the bursary application fairly and honestly.
• You have reasonably pursued other sources of funds for tuition beyond your current income.
• In fairness to other school families, you will avoid unnecessary large expenditures.
• In fairness to other school families, you will make every effort to be fully employed.
• In fairness to other applicants, bursary applicants will request only what they really need.
• If divorced, both parents are expected to fill in a application.

Bursaries are granted on an annual basis, therefore an application must be submitted each year.
